Finding payments
Searching by period, amount or payment method.
The Payments tab under Orders shows what has come in. At the top you immediately see the total for the current selection.
Filtering
- Period — pick a start and end date
- Provider — for example register only, or online payments only
- Amount — use the slider to narrow by size
- Search — by order number, name or email address
Looking for one specific payment because a customer is on the phone? Just use the search field with their name or order number; that is quicker than filtering by date.
Amount not matching your bank statement? Check whether payment provider fees come off. What you see here is what the customer paid, not what lands in your account after fees.
