Create a form
Give it a name and add the questions you want to ask.

Split it into steps
A long form in steps gets completed more often than one screen with twenty questions.

Set it live
While it is a draft it cannot be filled in. Set it live when you are ready.

Share the link
Put it on your site or send it to a customer.
Viewing responses
For each form you see the responses that came in. You can read through them and export them.
Fill in your own form once, all the way through, before sharing it. You immediately notice if a question is unclear or a field is missing.
