Adjusting a line on the order
Quantity, options, notes and removing.
Tap a line in the order to adjust it. You get a window with everything you can change on that line.
- Quantity — how many you are selling
- Options — for example a size or an extra topping, if the product has them
- Note — a remark for the kitchen, such as “no onion” or “extra spicy”
- Remove — takes the line off the order
The note goes onto the kitchen ticket. Use it for guest requests, not internal remarks — the kitchen reads it exactly as written.
If a product has options, you already see “options” when ringing it up. The price adjusts as soon as you pick an option that costs extra.
