Takeaway, eat in and pickup time
Recording how and when the guest gets their order.
Above the order you set whether it is Takeaway or Eat in. That choice affects things like the VAT rate and how the order reaches the kitchen.
Pickup time
By default an order is set to As soon as possible. Does the guest want it later? Tap Pick a time and select a slot.
Use “Pick a time” for phone orders being collected later too. The kitchen then knows when to start, instead of starting right away.
How much time you need per order is set under Settings › Sales channels, under preparation time.
