Linking barcodes to products
Making scanning possible on the register.
On a product, fill in the Barcode field with the EAN or UPC code from the packaging. From then on you can scan the product on the register instead of looking it up.
You do not have to type the code. Click into the barcode field and scan the product with your scanner — the code fills in by itself.
Only useful for products with real packaging, such as bottles and cans. A dish from the kitchen has no barcode.
