Options and notes on a product
Choices with an extra charge, and letting guests pass on a request.
Options give a product variants: a larger size, an extra topping, a different sauce. Per option you enter a name and an extra price.

Open the product
Scroll to the Options block.

Add an option
Enter the name, for example “Extra cheese”.

Enter the extra price
Leave it at 0 if the choice costs nothing extra.
When ordering — online, on the kiosk and on the register — the customer picks the option and the price adjusts automatically.
Notes field
Show a notes field for this product lets customers add something themselves, such as “no onion”. That remark goes onto the kitchen ticket.
Do not enable the notes field on everything by default. Whatever a customer types, the kitchen has to be able to deliver — on products with nothing to vary it only creates disappointment.
