Viewing your figures
Reading and exporting the reports.
Under Reporting there are four kinds of report. At the top you pick which one you want to see.
- Sales — revenue, orders and what is doing well
- Staff — hours worked and labour costs
- Inventory — what comes in and goes out
- Financial — the overall picture
Choosing a period
The period picker sets which days you are looking at. There are shortcuts for common periods, and arrows to jump to the previous or next period.
Where a reporting day starts depends on the opening time set in your company details. If you trade past midnight, set it correctly — otherwise late orders land on the next day.
Exporting
The Export button gives you the report as PDF or CSV, for example to forward to your accountant.
