The three views: list, agenda and table service
Which view to use when.
The Agenda has three tabs at the top. They show the same reservations, but are built for different moments.
- List — everything below one another, for looking up and filtering
- Agenda — a timeline with a row per table, for planning the day
- Table service — your floor plan, to see who is sitting where during service
Zooming in and out
In the Agenda view the − and + buttons zoom in and out. Useful when you are open long hours and the whole day does not fit on one screen.
There is also a split screen: agenda and table service side by side. Handy on a large screen at the host stand, because you see what is coming and who is seated at the same time.
The number of guests for that day is always shown at the top, so you can see at a glance how busy it will be.
