Reservation emails
A separate email per status, plus automatic reminders.
In the reservation settings you link a template per action — for example different wording for a confirmation than for a cancellation.
If you pick no template, Onavan uses a default text. Preview shows you how the email will look before you let it loose on guests.
Automatic reminder
Under Send reminder enter how many minutes beforehand the guest gets a reminder. Leave it empty and no reminder is sent.
A reminder a few hours ahead noticeably cuts no-shows. Do not set it too early: an email from a week before has already been forgotten.
The templates come with a list of available variables, such as the name and the time. Use those in your own text to make the email personal.
