Searching and filtering reservations
Finding a reservation when a guest calls.
The List view is the quickest way to find a reservation.
- Search — by name, email address or phone number
- Status — for example only confirmed ones, or just the cancelled ones
- Date — using the date picker or the week bar above it
Below the filters you see how many reservations fall within your selection.
Someone calling who cannot remember when they booked? Search by phone number and drop the date — you will find them whatever the day.
If the guest has a customer account, you see that on the reservation, including their loyalty points.
