No-show risk
A warning for guests who have failed to turn up before.
A reservation can carry a warning triangle. It means this guest has failed to turn up before. Click it to see how often that was, and whether there were cancellations too.
What you can do
- Send a reminder with one click
- Call to ask for reconfirmation if in doubt
- Block the table slightly shorter, so you can still give it away
Do not tell the guest there is a risk flag. It is a tool for you, not a judgement to put to them — and the reason for an earlier no-show may have been entirely innocent.
The flag is based on the statuses you enter. If you do not consistently mark no-shows as “No-show”, this warning will not work either.
