Taking walk-ins
Seating a guest who walks in without a reservation.
Someone walking in without a reservation? Use Walk-in. It locks the table straight away, so you do not accidentally give it to a reservation arriving shortly.
- 1
Pick a free table
In table service, tap a table that is free.
- 2
Choose “Walk-in”
Enter the number of guests.
- 3
Set the expected duration
